Our History
Our business first opened its doors in 1884 as a hotel and tavern, serving travelers on a historic stage coach route. When transportation changed, the house closed for a time. It later reopened, thrived as a local tavern, and was rebuilt after a fire. Over the years, the business evolved and continued to serve the community. For decades, dedicated owners lovingly ran the restaurant and became part of the local legacy before passing the torch to new leadership.
